You are correct - it is a seat mover with modest amounts of motion in 2 DoF (pitch and roll). Flying in VR it is enough to be reasonably convincing for most ‘normal’ flying. Been using mine for a couple of years now. If I was starting over, I’d probably be looking seriously at the NLR Plus rather than the v3 … it wasn’t around when I got the v3!
